RIVM report on the long-term public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic

The effects of the corona crisis have a greater impact on vulnerable groups in society, such as lower-educated adults, young people, the elderly and people with underlying health problems. This not only concerns the direct, immediate consequences but also the indirect, future consequences.

The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) announced these findings in a special edition of the Public Health Foresight Study, which describes how the coronavirus pandemic will eventually change public health in the Netherlands.
